Weekly Photo Challenge: Carefree

I apologize.  I have been MIA for weeks now.  Out of the blue, life got a little crazy right in the middle of my summer and fun things were sacrificed to the Tyrant of Busyness.  To get back on the blogging wagon, I thought I’d participate in The Daily Post‘s Photo Challenge for this week which is “carefree”.

The essence of life is not in the great victories or grand failures, but in the simple joys.

      1. I’m so glad your granddaughter, Karen, enjoyed the photos of my little niece. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment!

  1. Fantastic interpretation of carefree – you’ve captured it perfectly. The last shot in particular is brilliant! Great action shot. Thanks for stopping by my blog today, much appreciated!

  2. A delightful take on the challenge. She is gorgeous, her positive energy is radiating and her childlike beauty comes across in all these pictures. Simply wonderful. Sp playful and – carefree!

    1. Thank you so much! I think it would have been almost impossible to take a bad photo. The conditions and the model made acquiring good shots a piece of cake.
